Robin Rowan graduated Cum Laude as a Speech major from the University of Wisconsin (she won't say what year!) with an emphasis in Oral Interpretation of Literature, a.k.a., storytelling (you can MAJOR in STORYTELLING???). She spent her former life as a d.j. when radio stations still used "carts" and spliced reel-to-reel tape with a razor blade! She moved on to a position as Program Coordinator and copywriter for a travel incentives company in Chicago, an audio engineer for a production house and two ad agencies in Florida. Since 1988, Robin has been self-employed as a travel writer and voiceover talent. She's been a director of a Readers Theatre troupe, a public speaker in high schools and college classes, and has published a few travel books and many articles. The closing of two out of three audio production facilities in her area prompted her to set up her own studio in 2001. Robin now provides voices for clients across the country and around the world. Many of her clients go back several years--a testament to her professionalism, her quick turnaround time, and her easy working relationship!

Robin has received the accreditation of SaVoa, the Society of Accredited Voice Over Artists (www.savoa.org).
